Author Visit: Audrey Couloumbis

On Februrary 22, 2013, a group of ACT kids met with author Audrey Couloumbis to have a lunch discussion regarding her writing.  Thanks to Ms. Gammeri, Coming Together in Skokie, and the Skokie Public Library for setting up the visit.  Here is a group picture from that event:

Ms. Couloumbis also stayed for a presentation to the 7th graders.  Her book, War Games, shows a different perspective of World War II, which the 7th grade will be discussing in the later part of the year.
