ACT 2012-2013: Another Amazing Year!

Thanks to everyone who has helped to make ACT successful this year!  The District 73.5 Community has been so supportive in our efforts, as have the outside companies and people listed on the left hand side of the screen.  We couldn't have raised as much money or made as much of a difference without your help!

Through the efforts of the community, we have raised over $5000 and with the help of Patrick Nyarko, we raised another $1500, making our grand total $6600 for the 2012-2013 school year!  Check out the attached video for a glimpse at the work done by ACT this year, along with our "Why We Are Walking" video played at the assembly on May 29th for the Change for Change Walk-a-thon!

Change for Change Walk-a-thon- May 29, 2013

On May 29th, ACT will host the 4th Annual Change for Change Walk-a-thon.  This walk-a-thon will take us from McCracken to Middleton starting at 8 in the morning.  Please join us if you can!  It's only $1 to walk (and an extra $1 to wear a hat).

A Better Life for Kids Brunch and Cupcake Wars

On Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, May 5th, two events were held to raise money for orphanage in Ghana.  One of these events was held by A Better Life for Kids and the other was hosted by two District 73.5 families.  A.C.T. had a presence at both events helping to sell raffle tickets and our own merchandise.  Thanks to both the middle and high school A.C.T. graduates who came to help!  Both were great events and a lot of fun!
